Hannah Kennedy-Bardell is a former MP who served as the MP for Livingston for 9 years from 2015 until 2024. During that time Hannah also served on the Council of Europe, the foremost institution for Human Rights and Democracy in Europe. She served on its Human Rights and Legal Affairs Committee leading as a rapporteur on Drugs policy and Human rights and the rights of journalists and human rights defenders in Azerbaijan. As an MP Hannah was also on the Panel of Chairs chairing legislative committees and parliamentary debates.

During her time as an MP Hannah led for her party as a the spokesperson on Trade, Business and Digital Culture, Media & Sport. Hannah also campaigned and advocated on many issues including the Primodos Hormone pregnancy drug scandal, contaminated blood, LGBTQ+ rights, women’s health & inequality, poverty, single parent families and women’s sport. Hannah and her team also set up and ran the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Deaths Abroad and Consular Assistance.

Prior to her election she was a TV producer with GMTV (Now Good Morning Britain), an Office Manager to The First Minister of Scotland, headed up Communications, Marketing and Change Management teams in the energy industry and she also worked for the US Dept of State as an advisor on political affairs and protocol & events.

In her life before elected politics she dealt with everything from the Wikileaks scandal, Donald Trump and his Aberdeenshire golf course - to leading the communications & family liaison of an emergency response team when a Helicopter ditched in the North Sea, tragically killing a member of the company where she ran Communications and Marketing.

As an  now putting all of that to use in training and leadership. I’m passionate about how we use different communication tools to meet every challenge we face.
